How does the referral tracking work?
When someone clicks your referral link, a 30-day cookie is set on their browser. If they purchase any service within 30 days, you earn the commission — even if they didn't buy immediately after clicking.
When do I receive my commission?
Commissions are credited to your wallet instantly as soon as your referral completes a successful payment. You can withdraw to M-Pesa any time your balance reaches KES 200.
What is Level 2 commission?
If you refer someone who also signs up as an affiliate and they make sales, you earn 5% on their sales too. This is capped at 2 levels — it's not a pyramid scheme, just a reward for building the network.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals are automatically detected and reversed. The program is designed to reward genuine referrals of new customers.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Withdrawals are processed same-day during business hours (8am–5pm, Monday–Friday). Weekend requests are processed the next business day.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
No. There's no cap on earnings. The more people you refer, the more you earn. Gold affiliates with large networks can generate significant passive income.
